Hoover High School in North Canton, Ohio, was constructing a new baseball facility and wanted a durable, no infill surface for their players to practice on. They also needed a custom color (orange) for the turf and an orange, black, and white logo.
The SportsGrass® team was able to do a custom run of SportsGrass Arena™ in orange, black and white. This provided everything North Canton was looking for—with one exception: they had to fit into an existing budget. They began to look at the idea of installing themselves to save money.
North Canton had the manpower, but not the knowledge, so an installation expert was sent to work with the North Canton baseball program to complete the indoor installation. Because of this, the SportsGrass team was able to provide them with the custom colors they requested and a no-infill product at their desired price.
